Since 1980 Paul Stutts, CPA has been providing quality, personalized financial and tax consulting to local, individuals, businesses, and non-profit entities. Our expertise ranges from basic accounting services to more in-depth services such as audits, reviews, compilations, and financial statement preparation.

Our Team
Paul, owner of Paul M. Stutts, CPA, PLLC, has worked in the accounting field for over 28 years. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. He received his CPA license in 1980.
He is a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
He is very active in many local organizations. He is the Treasurer of the Greensboro Exchange Club, President of the Greensboro Summer Collegiate Baseball League, President of the Greensboro Girls Fastpitch Softball League (ages 6 and up), and a Member of the Board of Directors for the Greensboro Colt Baseball League. In his spare time he is the assistant coach of the Grimsley High School Girls Fastpitch Softball Team.

Lisa works with us as Office Manager. She has an Associates Degree in Accounting from Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She has over 13 years experience in the public accounting environment, working in bookkeeping, payroll, and numerous other administrative duties.
Lindsay C. Polk, Assistant Office Administrator
Lindsay works with us as bookkeeper, and performs numerous other office duties. She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, (UNC-G), and has worked in bookkeeping and payroll with retail and non-profit entities.
